Hello!
My name is Sarah Hooker, and I'm the gal behind the lens. I live in West Asheville with my musician husband, and our ridiculous yet cute dog and cat. We love hiking and finding all the best restaurants since neither of us like to cook. And I personally love dystopian novels, thrift stores, and of course, animals.
I used to photograph a bit of everything, and along the way, I met so many women who were extremely hard on themselves, especially about their bodies. And that was me too for a long time.
But after hating my body for years, I learned that it actually feels amazing to love and be kind to yourself. After doing a boudoir session with another photographer, I knew that I could help empower other women to see their own beauty through photography. Not just the final images, but the whole experience. From taking that first brave step of booking to pampering yourself to really opening up during your session. The whole boudoir experience is a beautiful commitment to loving yourself.
