Men Deserve To Love Themselves Too

Male Boudoir Session by Virago Boudoir Photography in Asheville, NC. Shirtless man in window overlooking downtown Asheville

Boudoir photography for men is often made into a joke. “Dude-oir” has gone viral with men in silly mocking poses. BUT…

MEN DESERVE TO LOVE THEMSELVES TOO

So I reached out to MJ to see if he wanted to do a boudoir session. Like so many of my female clients, he expressed concern about the pandemic version of his body. So I told him what I tell anyone worried about the shape of their body for a boudoir session;

YOUR BODY IS BEAUTIFUL AS IT IS AND DESERVES YOUR LOVE AS IT IS

And I’m sure that everyone looking at these will agree that he is a gorgeous human being. I hope that more men are inspired to do something like for themselves after seeing these. Because all of us, regardless of our gender, have been told that our bodies are not worthy. That we should be constantly striving to change them.

But you deserve to know you are worthy in the body you are in.
