I respect every client’s privacy, and would never share images without permission. So please fill out the following form to your comfort level. 

By filling this out, you are agreeing to all terms stated here and agree to me sharing the images as indicated by your choices below. Sharing images is optional. Facebook, Instagram, and my website are public, and anyone can see the images posted there.

You may ask in writing via email for me to remove the images at any time. Keep in mind that I will not ask or notify you before sharing your images if you choose to release them. 

Please note that I am very slow about social media. If you don’t see your images posted, it is absolutely NOT because I don't want to post them.
